MPAS On The Move - Mt. Pleasant Animal Shelter

To celebrate our 50th birthday, we established the MPAS On The Move Fund so that we can double the number of animals we save by finding loving homes for 2,000 cats and dogs annually.

Enhancing our kennels and cat quarters to welcome more animals while eliminating debilitating fear, anxiety, and stress in our animals
Hiring a specialist to correct undesirable animal behaviors so our shelter pets can thrive with their new families.

$10,000 Upgrades our kennels to welcome more dogs (with donor recognition plaque)
$7,500 Establishes separate cat and dog examination rooms (with donor recognition plaque)
$5,000 Improves our cat quarters to enrich their environment
$4,000 Hires a specialist to train and support our animals for 1 month
$2,500 Spays or neuters 20 animals
$1,200 Treats animals with life-threatening medical conditions
